The Ninety-Nines Scholarship Registry is a collection of scholarships
offered by individuals, organizations, Chapters or Sections which will
utilitize one application and set of instructions. Applications are
collected and forwarded to the appropriate parties offering the
scholarships. The Ninety-Nines do not review or judge the applications.

Leesburg Career Expo Committee getting ready for the 2019 Expo already!
Our Sugarloaf chapter has participated in the Expo for several years.
I’m looking forward to being a part of it again! It’s a great
opportunity for young people getting started in aviation as s career or
hobby. Also college scholarship opportunities!

Fly Out!
We will be doing a flyout on 1/20/19 to Arnold Palmer Regional Airport (LBE) in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
This is a fairly easy flight from FDK over the rolling hills to the
west. LBE is a towered airport with a great airport restaurant called
DeNunzio's.
We will depart FDK approximately 11 a.m., planning to meet for lunch at 12:30.

2020 Flyover of Nation's Capital Announced!
To honor the heroes who fought in the War and those on the home front
who produced the tanks, ships, and aircraft that enabled the United
States and its Allies to achieve victory, one of the most diverse arrays
of World War II aircraft ever assembled will fly above the skies of
Washington, D.C. on Friday, May 8, 2020, the 75th anniversary of Victory
in Europe (VE) Day, as part of the Arsenal of Democracy World War II
Victory Capitol Flyover.
